The Deluxe Family Room provided ample space and a nice view, while the staff made sure everything was clean and tidy daily. The children loved the aqua park, where they could slide and play non-stop, creating tons of fun memories. Dining options were diverse, with good quality across different restaurants, especially the Asian venue. I particularly enjoyed the variety of snacks available throughout the day. we were never hungry! On the downside, getting drinks during meal times was slow, and the prices at the shops were inflated, making haggling a must. I found the New Year gala-dinner quite disruptive, occupying spaces meant for activities. Additionally, the poor quality of some sports equipment was disappointing. Despite these issues, we had a great stay overall, and I recommend visiting.

We loved the aqua park, which was a major hit with the kids, providing endless fun every day. The sandy beach was well-maintained, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. We appreciated the many food options available, especially at the Le Marche restaurant, which stood out. However, the hotel layout made it a bit inconvenient to travel between the various areas, especially in the heat.
